Description
This 1957 Chevrolet Corvette race car is powered by a rebuilt 315-horsepower 283ci V8 with Rochester mechanical fuel injection, paired with a 4-speed manual transmission and a 4.10 Positraction limited-slip differential. Originally campaigned in SCCA competition during the 1960s, it was meticulously restored by NCRS Master Judge Bob Baird and earned a perfect 100-point NCRS score and the 427 Award in 2024. Purpose-built race equipment includes a heavy-duty suspension, finned drum brakes, American Racing wheels, a roll bar, a 37-gallon fuel cell, and Stewart-Warner instrumentation.
